***Update this year- The facility improvement fee has been rolled into membership fees. There is a $25.00 increase in dues across the board.

Family is defined as: “All family members who reside at one address, full time are included in the membership and must be counted, unless they are under 1 year old.”

Legacy memberships are offered to families at the discretion of the board.

One Time Fees:

Initiation fee, $400 total; $200 paid in year one, and additional $200 paid in year two.
Waitlist/Registration fee $25.00

Caregiver: $70.00
Late Fees: $50.00 If paid after 3/31
Membership hold fee (1 year): $50.00
Late Fees +$50.00. (dues due by 3/31)

Guest Credits and Front Desk Payment Methods:

Guest fees are $10 per person, per day
Member Splash allows you to sell guest credits in advance online, as well as at the front desk.
Payment accepted at the front desk, cash, check, bill to account via Member Splash and credit card.

August Memberships

Interested in Roslyn but aren't sure it's the right fit for your family? August membership is a convenient, affordable way to try out our club, meet a few members!. August members have access to all pool areas and carry all benefits of a full season membership. Cool off with us around the pool this August, we think once your give it a try you'll be hooked!

August membership runs from the first weekend in August through the end of the season (Labor Day).

Cost for an August Membership is a flat rate of $300 per household. All immediate family members residing at one address, full time constitute a household and are included in the membership. Friends and family not residing in the household must pay a daily guest fee and follow guest policies. Scroll down for more information on bringing guests.

August memberships may only be taken by new, incoming members and may only be taken one time.

Acceptance of an August membership automatically enrolls you in a full membership the following year, which you have the choice to decline if you prefer. Note - a full membership the following season requires payment of the nonrefundable initiation fee, the Pool Improvement fee, as well as the cost of membership depending on your family size.

Roslyn Guest Policy

Guests of Roslyn members are always welcome to join us for the day! Daily guest fees are $10.00 per guest every day of the summer including weekdays, weekends and holidays. Children under the age of one and non-swimming grandparents will not be charged a guest fee.

All guests must be accompanied by a member for the duration of their visit. Guests are expected to leave club grounds with the member whom they visited and to abide by all pool rules and regulations for the duration of their visit.

Members planning a party or a gathering involving more than 10 guests should notify the pool managers at least one week in advance so addition staffing can be arranged. Guests joining us for home swim meets are welcome free of charge but must leave at the end of the meet or pay the guest fee to remain for the day.

FAQ

??? I'm not an RSC member but would like to sign my child up for the swim team, is that possible?

No, per SCCSL rules all swim team members MUST be full time members of the clubs they swim for.

??? My husband doesn’t use the pool, so I don’t want to put him on the membership.

ALL family members who reside in your home full time, who are over 1 year old, are included in membership and must be counted.

??? Can I include a Babysitter or Nanny who does not live with us, but comes regularly with us to the pool?

Yes, Babysitters/Nannies may be included on memberships as an extra person in your family.

??? Do newborn babies count as part of the membership?

All members of your family over the age of ONE must be included in your membership.

??? We're going away or have other activities for 3-4 weeks of the summer, can we get a discount or prorated return on our membership?

No, memberships are not prorated. The cost of a club membership is based on your family size and includes the entire season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you'd like to try it out before joining full time, we recommend signing up for an August Membership.

??? Can we bring guests?

Of course! Guest fees are $10 per person per day. If you are having a large party, please contact Kristin Niederman and Heather Godfrey at Roslynmembership@gmail.com to plan it. We often schedule more lifeguard coverage for these events and need to plan in advance.

??? How can we schedule a birthday party at Roslyn???
